Scott Murtha advises clients on taxation, corporate law and estate planning. He has particular expertise in private company taxation, family business succession, and executive compensation. His clients include individuals, private business owners, boards of directors, as well as publicly traded companies. Mr. Murtha also assists individuals with international tax planning including the formation of offshore immigration trusts.
Mr. Murtha spent several years in the tax department of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he worked as part of a multi-disciplinary team of lawyers, accountants, and actuaries. His unique experience allows him to assist his individual and corporate clients on a range of business and financial matters including corporate restructuring, personal wealth planning and trusts, and employee benefit plans.
